How to use an industrial vacuum cleaner, and what common problems might be encountered during use?
Different vacuuming purposes
These vacuum cleaners with special filters designed for removing dust and solid impurities have been designed and produced.
Attention!Different filters should be selected for different materials to be vacuumed.
Using a dedicated filter for other contaminants is inappropriate.
The vacuum cleaner is designed for professional users.
1.4 Suitable environment
To ensure the correct use of the vacuum cleaner, it must be protected from natural environmental erosion (rain, hail, snow, fog, suspended dust, etc.), and should be placed in an environment with a temperature between 5°C and 45°C, and relative humidity not exceeding 70%.
The working environment must be clean and free of explosive gases.
1.5 Noise level
The noise level meets the national standard requirements.
Noise tests have been conducted on specific vacuum cleaners, with only
76 decibels (A)According to relevant regulations, in environments with noise exceeding 85 decibels, staff must wear special protective devices.
Attention!
If such working conditions exist, special protective devices must be provided for staff and they must be informed of the noise-related hazards.
1.6 Machine storage
Remove the filter, clean it thoroughly, empty the dust container, and store the vacuum cleaner indoors at a temperature between 0°C and 40°C, covered with a nylon cover to prevent dust.
1.7 Machine disposal
If the machine is scrapped, all components of the vacuum cleaner must be disposed of through appropriate channels under legal conditions. Before disposal, all plastic and rubber parts must be separated from electrical materials.
If recycled by a special center, parts made of plastic, aluminum, and steel can be reused.
