Where can NAIKE industrial vacuum cleaners be used?
Industrial vacuum cleaners are mostly used in factories, such as on factory equipment, machine tools, and for dust, metal shavings, oil stains, water stains, etc. The impurities on these devices cannot be handled by floor scrubbers or sweepers, using air guns would cause secondary pollution, and using brooms and brushes wastes manpower. So, in what situations is it suitable to use a vacuum cleaner for cleaning? Today, I have summarized the following:

1. For general floor cleaning, people often think of floor scrubbers and sweepers, but for cleaning small particles of dust on the floor, floor scrubbers and sweepers may not be suitable. For example, floor scrubbers are not suitable for cleaning dust on some cement floors, and sweepers are not suitable for sweeping floor dust because they can cause dust to rise, which is more detrimental to human health.

2. The textile industry, electrical industry, and mining are also suitable scenarios for using industrial vacuum cleaners. Textile factories generally have flying lint, and brooms are definitely not an ideal choice, and floor scrubbers are out of the question. We have also experimented with sweepers, and they are not suitable either, because lint will stick to the brush, and it won't be long before the brush gets tangled with lint and can no longer work properly. Only vacuum cleaners can quickly collect lint from the floor or machine tools.
3. Additionally, on railways, for example, our vacuum cleaners are used to clean stones, wastewater, and dust outside the carriages. Various small attachments can reach into different corners and clean very thoroughly and quickly.
4. Car wash stations are also places where vacuum cleaners are used frequently. Vacuum cleaners can be used to suck up dust and garbage inside, and they can also suck up water, with the former being used more often. Therefore, we generally recommend using a wet and dry industrial vacuum cleaner for car wash stations.
However, there are also many places where industrial vacuum cleaners are not suitable, such as floors or carpets that need to be washed, or where the impurities are relatively large and heavy. The specific situation still needs to be defined based on actual conditions.
