Is a paper dust bag or a cloth dust bag better for vacuum cleaners?

Is a paper dust bag or a non-woven fabric dust bag better for vacuum cleaners? The filtering level is better with paper bags, but the usage cost is high. Fabric bags can be washed and reused multiple times. In foreign countries, paper bags are mostly used, while in China, fabric bags are more common. Since there aren't many customers using vacuum cleaners in China yet, paper bags are not easy to find and are also expensive. I suggest you use fabric bags. The old pure paper filter bags have been discarded for a long time; the so-called paper filter bags now are actually a type of non-woven fabric.

The small packaged tea bags we usually see, like Lipton tea, are actually made of non-woven fabric. Generally, industrial non-woven fabric filter bags are mostly made from needle-punched or melt-blown non-woven fabric. Needle-punched non-woven fabric is suitable for coarse filtration and is often used in places that remove large particles of dust, such as power plants. Melt-blown non-woven fabric filter bags are mostly used in precision environments such as medical and electronics industries.

The filter bag of a vacuum cleaner should consider its working environment. Generally, a regular needle-punched non-woven fabric filter bag is sufficient for industrial vacuum cleaners.
