Characteristics of the clean bench:

1. The clean bench provides a localized air laminar flow clean environment.

2. In the construction of new clean rooms or the renovation of clean factories, it can improve cleanliness levels, reduce noise, and minimize vibrations, while also significantly lowering costs and being easy to install and maintain, making it an ideal component for clean environments.

3. The fan uses a high-efficiency centrifugal fan from Germany's NIKI, featuring long life, low noise, maintenance-free operation, low vibration, and stepless speed regulation. The working life can reach 60,000 hours or more. The fan's speed regulation performance is stable, ensuring that the air volume remains constant even under the final resistance of the high-efficiency filter.

The NAIKE clean room vacuum cleaner is widely used in areas requiring localized purification. It is applicable in laboratories, biopharmaceuticals, optoelectronics, microelectronics, hard disk manufacturing, as well as in medical and health, food, medical scientific experiments, optics, electronics, sterile room experiments, sterile microbiological inspections, cell culture, and plant tissue culture inoculation, among other research and production departments that require a localized clean and sterile working environment.

Management of the clean bench usage

(1.) Before using the clean bench each time, the operator should turn on the clean bench 3-5 minutes in advance.

(2.) Turn on the power supply of the clean bench and clean the operation area with a dust-free cloth.

(3.) During operation, the operator should follow the dust-free operating procedures.

(4.) In case of equipment failure, the operator should immediately notify professional maintenance personnel, and continue using it only after it has been repaired and certified by professionals.

(5.) Operators should pay attention to keeping the indoor environment tidy.

(6.) The filter material of the clean bench should be replaced every 2 years, and replacement records should be kept.

(7.) Do not place dusty materials into the clean bench.

Working principle of the clean bench

After the clean bench is powered on, the fan operates, drawing in air. The air reaches the FFU static pressure box, where the pressure from the fan forces the air through a high-efficiency filter. The air filtered through the high-efficiency filter reaches Class 100 (according to the American Federal Standard 209E). It is then evenly distributed into the working space. Since the clean bench fan operates continuously, it constantly supplies Class 100 clean air, creating positive pressure in the working space (i.e., the air inside the working space is greater than that outside). At the same time, it expels unclean air from the working area. Due to the positive pressure environment, outside air cannot enter the working area, thus maintaining a Class 100 space.
