The working principle and maintenance methods of NAIKE industrial vacuum cleaners.
The principles of industrial vacuum cleaners and household vacuum cleaners are basically the same. They use a fan or air pump to draw air out of the machine, creating a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the machine. The greater the pressure difference, the stronger the suction.
The principle structure of a vacuum cleaner is actually quite simple. The main structure consists of a vortex pump or fan that draws air. After debris is sucked in through the nozzle and vacuum tube, it first enters a filter mesh. After primary filtration, the fine dust-laden air passes through a specially designed filter and is expelled through the secondary fan exhaust.
How to solve the problem of low suction in industrial vacuum cleaners?
1. Check if the vacuum cleaner's filter bag has dust (excessive dust can affect suction).
2. Clean out debris inside the vacuum bucket.
3. Contact NAIKE customer service for assistance.
4. Check if all connections of the vacuum cleaner are properly secured.
5. First, check if the vacuum tube is blocked.
6. Check if the vacuum cleaner motor is damaged (if you have a dual motor, you can open the cover to see if one of the motors has a problem).
Daily maintenance and upkeep of NAIKE industrial vacuum cleaners.
1. When cleaning the industrial vacuum cleaner, please use a damp cloth with water or neutral detergent. Do not immerse the main unit in water for cleaning, and avoid using corrosive cleaners like gasoline or thinner, as this may cause the outer shell to crack. For more information on the maintenance of environmental protection equipment, you can follow the Environmental Protection Equipment Mall app.
2. Do not frequently bend the hose back and forth, and avoid excessive stretching and bending.
3. Timely clean out debris from the bucket and all vacuum attachments. Clean the dust filter and dust bag after each use, check for holes or leaks, and thoroughly clean the dust filter and dust bag with detergent and warm water, then dry them. Do not use damp dust filters or dust bags.
4. Check if the power cord and plug are damaged. After use, coil the power cord and hang it on the hook on the top cover of the main unit.
5. If the main unit overheats, emits a burnt smell, or has abnormal vibrations and noises, it should be sent for repair immediately and not used forcefully.
6. After using the water suction function, check if the air inlet is blocked or has debris; otherwise, it needs to be cleaned. Check if the float is damaged.
7. Handle the industrial vacuum cleaner gently; it should not be subjected to external impacts.
8. When not in use, the industrial vacuum cleaner should be placed in a ventilated and dry area.
9. Do not keep the industrial vacuum cleaner in a continuous working state for long periods. Limit continuous working time to within 2 hours, as this may affect the machine's lifespan.
10. Long-term use of the industrial vacuum cleaner may lead to a decrease in suction due to clogging of the filter mesh. To prevent suction loss, regularly clean the filter mesh and cloth bag with water, and dry them in a cool place before use to restore suction.
