Usage methods and precautions for industrial vacuum cleaners
1. Introduction
This manual provides all the information for the use and maintenance of the industrial vacuum cleaner. Only with correct use and maintenance can the machine work more durably and effectively.
This manual should be considered a part of the industrial vacuum cleaner and kept together with the machine until it is discarded. If lost or damaged, please request a new one from NAICO.
2. Applicable Environment
To ensure the correct use of the industrial vacuum cleaner, it must be protected from certain natural environmental factors (rain, thunder, snow, fog, suspended dust, etc.). It should be placed in an environment with a temperature between 5°C and 45°C and a humidity not exceeding 70%.
3. Instructions for Use
Before use, confirm that the power supply voltage matches the rated voltage of the machine, properly connect the suction hose, and connect the long adapter to the steel pipe. Choose the appropriate dust brush to connect to the other end of the steel pipe as needed.
1. If vacuuming, ensure the dust bag is installed. For fine powders, a special filter or high-efficiency filter must be purchased separately. If vacuuming water, the dust bag is not needed, but the machine should not be used in areas with excessive sludge.
2. The machine's plug must be securely inserted; otherwise, fluctuations in motor operation after power is applied may lead to insufficient suction and affect the motor's lifespan.
3. When working in a foam or foaming environment, a defoamer must be placed in the tank to eliminate foam, preventing foam from entering the motor with the strong airflow.
4. During use, the power connection cable should not be too long, and it should not be extended privately. The wire diameter must not be less than the machine's requirements, and the power cable should not be coiled, as this can create a magnetic field and lead to insufficient operating voltage.
5. Pay attention to changes in motor noise. If the motor noise suddenly becomes deep, check the connections or the contents of the tank. At this time, clear any blockages in the pipes or empty the tank of water or objects.
6. The industrial vacuum cleaner is not intended for use by individuals with slow physical reactions or mental disabilities (including children). The person responsible for safety must inform workers of the dangers associated with operating the industrial vacuum cleaner and is also obligated to train operators to ensure they can protect themselves and others.
4. Maintenance
To ensure stable operation of the industrial vacuum cleaner, regular checks of the machine should be performed as follows:
1. Check if the filter or filter element is old or if the filter holes have enlarged.
2. Check the sealing strip between the machine head and the tank to ensure the filtering system is effectively sealed.
